Costume Specific Questions

Q:  What size costume is "Adult Standard"?

A:  Standard size means one size fits most. Unless you are a plus size, adult standard costumes will probably fit you. Adult standard costumes may also fit a large child. Some costumes and accessories are adjustable.


Q:  I am allergic to latex masks. Do you have a mask for me?

A:  Yes. Many of our face masks are not made of latex. We also carry molded plastic masks and fabric masks.Our masks may be worn for any occasion involving costuming, Halloween, Mardi Gras, stage or theater.


Q: What is the difference between a face mask, demi mask, half mask, chinless mask and over the head mask?

covers the face or part of the face and usually attaches with an elastic cord behind the head.



A half mask 
covers half the face and may be referred to as a "chinless" mask. This type of mask does not need to  be removed to eat or drink.


An over-the-head mask 
slips over the head and covers the entire head front and back. It may contain fur or hair and is commonly made of latex.


Q:  I don't see what I need. Can I special order a costume or accessory?

A:  Chances are, yes. Email us the specifics of the costume you are trying to create. Special orders are available year round. During Halloween season, we will need your request as soon as possible.


Q:  I need an costume, hat, wig, or mask in quantity. Can you help?

A:  Let us know what you need and how many. Order early to insure availability. You can buy most costume items year round. The closure you get to Halloween season, the better your chance of finding a costume sold out, so order early to ensure availability.


Q:  How long are the witch-style wigs?

A:  Usually, the witch wigs are 24" unless otherwise specified.


Q:  Are the costumes washable?

A:  Depends on the fabric. We do not recommend placing the costume in the washer unless the fabric tag specifically allows this. Some costumes may be hand washed. Halloween costumes are not made for everyday wear.


Q:  What size are the shoe covers, footwear, gloves, hats?

A:  All hats, shoes, hand and footwear are adult standard unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Payment Questions

Q:  Do you offer a combined shipping discount?

A:  Yes, on some items. Some items, such as our feather wings, are too fragile to pack with other costumes. You must combine your costuming purchases into one payment for a discount to be available. Please email us for specifics.



Q:  What if I don't have a PayPal account and don't want one?

A:  It is not necessary to open a PayPal account to pay using a credit card. See PayPal.com for details. Or, we will accept a United States Postal Service money order drawn in American funds. Personal or business checks will be accepted but will significantly delay shipment of your order until they clear.



Q:  Why don't you offer First Class Mail?

A:  We have found that the price difference between First Class and Priority Mail is usually nominal. We prefer to ship using a service with tracking and delivery confirmation for your convenience. We want to ensure you receive your costume in time for your event!



Q:  How quickly will I receive my purchase?

A:  Priority Mail usually takes between 1-3 days within the United States. Express Mail is usually next day. Things beyond our control such as snowstorms, inclement weather, and holidays may impact delivery times. During the months of September and October (Halloween season), we ship daily and your item will ship the day of purchase if we receive your payment by 10 a.m. Florida (Eastern Daylight) time.
